caash collects personal information required for account registration and identity verification, including your name, date of birth, email address, government-issued ID, and proof of address.

We also collect transactional data — trade history, deposit and withdrawal records, IP addresses, device identifiers, and session logs — to operate the platform and meet regulatory obligations.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, meet KYC/AML requirements, and improve platform performance. caash does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

caash uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and security state. Analytics cookies — used to measure page performance — can be disabled via your browser settings at any time.

Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with Chainalysis for AML screening, Fireblocks for custody operations, and government authorities when legally required. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.

All data transmitted to and from caash is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Personal identification documents are stored in encrypted vaults with access restricted to authorized compliance personnel only.

Access logs for all personal data interactions are retained for 24 months. Any suspected unauthorized access triggers an automatic account freeze and user notification within 1 hour.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Submit requests via the account dashboard or by contacting caash info@caash.io support directly.

Data Retention
