Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using caash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, and institutional clients. caash reserves the right to update these terms at any time, effective from the date of publication.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported jurisdiction to open a caash account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use caash to engage in money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without prior notice.

Automated trading via the API is permitted under standard rate limits. Attempts to exploit system latency, spoof orders, or interfere with matching engine operations are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of caash or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

caash is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or user error. Trading cryptocurrency carries significant financial risk — only trade what you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, caash's total liability to any user for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

caash integrates third-party providers including Chainlink, Fireblocks, and Chainalysis. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern their services. caash is not responsible for third-party failures or data handling practices.

Account Security

You are responsible for enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication on your account. caash will never ask for your password or 2FA code via email, chat, or phone.

Your Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balances will be returned to a verified withdrawal address within 5 business days, subject to standard AML checks.

Changes to These Terms

caash may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Effective from January 1, 2026.
